• If your hotel is outside of Delhi then your minimum turnover should be above Rs 150 crore on papers and funding will be based on the turnover and your repayment capacity.

• If we don't see good cash flow in your banking.

• If we do not believe you have the repayment capacity.

• 1 year latest banking

• Latest GST return 3B

• Latest ITR return

• All KYC documents of hotel owner or owners.

Note - Other documents can be asked as per requirement. If everything goes well then funding is provided within 3 to 5 days after all deductions like processing fee,one emi advance.We do not take any kind of upfront charge.
